If you have been bereaved and do not know where to turn, the Bereavement Help Point is a friendly place to start. We can help you understand what support is available locally for adults, and for children and young people.

AfterLoss is a free UK service that helps you record your wishes, important documents and practical information your family may need after your death. You can create and update your own family pack, then leave everything organised for the people who will need it.

The Rutland Snowdrop Award 2025 was presented to Adrienne Pienaar in recognition of the exceptional and compassionate care she provided to a client towards the end of his life.
